We are *so very close* to the end of 2021, folks. And honestly, this has been a bonkers year for me – not just because of ups and downs in Teacher Land and everyday life, but because this was easily my most successful year as a writer. Since there’s been a lot, here’s a rundown of everything from 2021.
Book Deal(!) – If you missed the announcement last month, I’ve sold my first novel! Atthis Arts will be publishing my debut science fantasy Catalyst in Fall 2022, and I’m still not sure I have words to express my excitement. Stay tuned for updates here 🙂
ephemera – A couple weeks ago I joined fellow local authors Ranylt Richildis and Suyi Davies Okungbowa as readers for ephemera, a Toronto series (currently virtual) hosted by my friends KT Bryski and Jen Albert.
2021 Published Work
Like I said, this year was busy – I saw more of my short work published in 2021 than any previous year, by a wide margin. How much you get published varies a lot from year to year, but seeing the list below feels really good. If you like anything you read, please let me know!
